NORDEP

The Canada-Russia Northern Development Partnership Program (NORDEP) was a 4 year program funded by the Canadian International Development Agency with counterpart funding from the Russian partners and managed by the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada. The site was migrated away from a custom built, foreign content management system into a replicated theme for WordPress, with additional tools such as NextGen Gallery and cformsII.
